Sp Sales Process Training & Implementation The Term 'Sales Process' has been much maligned over the last few years in the retail motor industry. Our Sales Process training focuses on the customer experience delivery whilst at the same time following a well-recognised and structured path to getting a deal done.
Caffyns have looked after the motoring public on the south coast for over 140 years so being asked to provide operational support for such a well-established and well thought of organisation was very flattering. Representing the Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT, Vauxhall and Volvo brands as well as operating a very successful used car centre in Kent, Caffyn’s have developed an enviable reputation for customer care and brand representation.
We were tasked with supporting the implementation of a software platform, provided by one of our other clients, in two of their Volkswagen dealerships at Eastbourne & Haywards Heath. Our brief here was to examine their current sales process in relation to the use of the software application and develop a synergistic approach between the tool and the behaviours. In addition we were asked to provide user training for their business managers and sales managers as well as look at the various KPI reports in relation to transactional activity.
Our work here resulted in the two other sites in Worthing & Brighton taking on the same platform six months after the first two did. Whilst the project for the Volkswagen division is now complete we are still talking to Caffyn’s about further support we can provide this division and are due to present to their Vauxhall operation very soon.
