Ms Mentoring Support (Line Managment) When somethings starts to go in a slightly different direction than we (as senior stakeholders) wished an adjustment is going to be needed - That adjustment will often require time, energy and effort and require a significant amount of research and understanding to make sure the proposed solution is going to work - Here we support not only with our significant experience in operational management but with a real understanding that sometimes people just need a third party perspective and time to think things through - It's a Win Win situation.
Now this is a bit of an unusual one. You see given the nature of work that we have done for our friends at Hacker Young we were required to sign a very comprehensive non-disclosure agreement ensuring that the sensitive nature of some of the projects wasn't disclosed so we can’t tell you much of what we did other than support them in what they were doing which all sounds a little bit ambiguous we know.
What we can (according to our solicitors LOL!) tell you that we do often support them in some of their projects lending our automotive operational expertise to deliver the final project outcome so seeing as we can't tell you anymore than that let us tell you a little bit about who we did it for instead.
