Sp Sales Process Training & Implementation The Term 'Sales Process' has been much maligned over the last few years in the retail motor industry. Our Sales Process training focuses on the customer experience delivery whilst at the same time following a well-recognised and structured path to getting a deal done.

Established in 2005 by Andrew Hockedy and Nigel White, Trust Group UK have established themselves as the company of choice in the West Midlands when looking for a Volkswagen or Skoda. Covering a wide geographical area with six sites in Redditch, Wolverhampton and Stourbridge they have built an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional customer service hence the name Trust Group.

Our remit here was slightly different from the norm in that we were asked by another client to visit the two sites in Redditch and over a couple of days provided support with their software tool. In addition we were asked to review the sales process being applied in both businesses to ensure firstly that the training they received internally was being applied and every opportunity was being explored.

We had a great couple of days with the two brand managers Jon Hands (Volkswagen) and Dassos Morby (Skoda) and received some very positive feedback on our work so here’s hoping we can help them more in the future.
